Teaching commercial drivers to be safe, conscientious, and good at what they do is our mission at Sunny Truck Driving School. We also help graduates of our driving school find job opportunities after they’ve completed our courses. - First, we’ll set you up with one of our recruiters to fully explain the program and ensure you have the proper qualifications.
- Next, you’ll come to our headquarters in Tontitown, AR for a minimum of one week. During your time here, we’ll make sure you have the necessary driving skills for our trucks and provide further training as well.
- At our headquarters, you’ll spend time meeting our support staff, training on newer trucks, and learning everything you need to know about driving for PAM.
- We’ll pay for and set up your travel and lodging needs to come to our headquarters. Additionally, you’ll receive $75/day for every day you’re on campus during onboarding week.
- After your training period, you’ll be assigned a driver mentor and be out on the road with them for 10 days. Lastly, you’ll be upgraded to a solo OTR driver with no contract required!
