Refund Terms and Conditions

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund Terms and Conditions of Sunny Truck Driving School Inc. (“the School”):

General Policy:
All refunds are subject to the School’s standard refund policy as stated in the Enrollment Agreement signed at the time of registration. Refund eligibility is based on the amount of training completed and any applicable administrative fees.

Payments Made Through Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm:
If payment is made using a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) service such as Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm, the student understands and agrees that any approved refund will be subject to an additional ten percent (10%) deduction from the total amount paid.

This deduction covers non-recoverable transaction, financing, and merchant service fees charged by the BNPL provider and is in addition to any other administrative or cancellation fees outlined in the School’s standard refund policy.

Processing and Method of Refund:
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after approval, subject to the processing times of the respective payment provider.

The School is not responsible for any additional time taken by Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm to credit the refund back to the customer’s account.

Non-Refundable Items:
Application fees, enrollment fees, administrative fees, third-party processing fees, and any portion of training already delivered are strictly non-refundable.

Acknowledgment of Agreement:
By checking the box below or completing this transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Refund Terms and Conditions, including the 10% BNPL deduction and the School’s standard refund policy.
